Type of Fixture: Point-to-Point Evening
National Hunt racing returns to Tipperary with a bang with this very popular point-to-point evening. Despite not being the most valuable race on the card, the p2p.ie Mares Point-To-Point INH Flat Race is often the focus of most people’s attention. There are invariably quite a few “talking horses” in the race and it often produces a classy winner, with the high-class hurdler/chaser For Bill having won it in 2009. Perhaps the most notable winner on the 2010 card came in the Glenview and Rathbarry Studs Novice Hunters Chase with the subsequent Grade 3 novice hurdle winner Mossey Joe running out the impressive victor.
