Flat racing takes centre stage at Tipperary once more for this high-class meeting and it always attracts some smart performers. The main event on the card is the Listed Tipperary Stakes over 5f for two-year-olds and it always attracts a speedy and talented field. Last year’s renewal was won by the Tracey Collins-trained Anadolu. There is also an extended 7f maiden for two-year-olds that tends to produce a smart winner, with last year’s victor Master Of Hounds going on to finish in the frame in the Group 1 Racing Post Trophy at Doncaster.
